By installing or using AutoUI ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

1. Use of the Extension

AutoUI is provided for personal and commercial use to capture UI elements and generate code. You agree not to:

Use the Extension to capture content you do not have permission to access.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AutoUI backend or API.
Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use AutoUI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Free and Pro Plans

The free plan allows up to 5 element captures per day with HTML output only. The Pro plan provides unlimited captures and all output frameworks. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Refunds

Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at patcunko@gmail.com.

5. AI-Generated Content

Code generated by AutoUI is produced by Claude AI (Anthropic). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated code for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before use.

6. Intellectual Property

AutoUI and its branding are owned by the AutoUI developer. Generated code output belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over any code you generate using the Extension.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoUI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AutoUI.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of AutoUI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
